British Airways Cabin Crew Will Accept Pay Cut

05.03.10

British Airways cabin crew have offered to take a 3.4% pay cut to try to break the deadlock that may lead to strikes, union leaders said today.

The Unite union is said to have put forward a package which it believes would save BA £60 million.

It is also understood that BA will be given a deadline of Tuesday for accepting the deal, or the union will name strike dates.
